Document required for visa:

• Original Passport with at least 6 months validity and minimum 3 blank pages + all old passports if any
• Visa Application form(14A)
• 2 recent colour matt finishing photographs
• Attachments Required : 
  • If Employed – Last One-month Payslip with Leave sanction letter. Covering letter in plain paper
  • If Self-Employed – Covering Letter in company letterhead, Company Registration copy / Partnership deed, etc
  • If Retired  – Last 3 Month Bank Statement with retirement proof
  • If Student – Student ID card copy
  • If Visiting Friends/ Relative – Invitation Letter from Friends/Relative in plain paper and FIN card copy, Passport copy of sponsor/ relative in Singapore
  • If Visiting Singapore Citizen / S-Pass Holder – Form V-39A is mandatory

Photo Specification:

• Height x Width – 45.0 x 35.0 mm
• Face Size – 80% of the photo (32.0 to 36.0 mm)
• Face Orientation – Front
• Background – Plain, light-colored with no patterns or shadows
• No hats or masks. Religious headgear is allowed, but should properly show the face
